Maximum Capacity – 100 people

*Friday – 12:00pm to 10:00pm
*Saturday – 9:00am to 10:00pm
*Non-Member Rate: $750.00 – Plus a $200.00 refundable deposit.

*Membership Rate: $375 Plus $200 refundable deposit

*Use of gazebo area for ceremony.
*Use of upstairs of barn for a dressing area.

                  *GENERAL RENTALS*

*One day rental only – 9:00am to 10:00pm
*Birthday Party/Baby Shower/Graduation Party/Reunions etc.                                                       

*Non-Member Rate: $225.00 – Plus a $100.00 refundable deposit                                                                                                     

*Membership Rate: $125 Plus $100 refundable deposit

*Inside and outside restrooms
*100 padded banquet chairs
*19 – 6ft tables
*10 – 8ft tables
*1 – 4ft round table

No dates will be saved without receiving a deposit, absolutely no exceptions.
