Join the Ashland SWCD at the Ashland Balloonfest for our 3rd annual Rain Beat on Main Street event! Local businesses sponsor rain barrels that are transformed by local artists into unique works of art! Barrels will be on display at Balloonfest and online bidding will be available to purchase your favorite barrell! Proceeds go toward stormwater education programs in Ashland County.
