Maple Syrup Day

Come out to Cooke Park to learn the process of maple sugaring including how to identify a maple tree, tapping the tree, and watching sap boil down in an evaporator. Demonstrations will be given by wagon ride. Warm up in the lodge and enjoy all you can eat pancakes with fresh local maple syrup, free syrup sampling, and free sample jars for the first 50 people. Donations appreciated and syrup and maple products will also be available for purchase.
