Rise Studios grand opening weekend! A weekend full of celebrating new beginnings as well as acknowledging our seventh year in business. Join us to tour our newly renovated historic home on Main St., meet the Rise team, sample food, classes, and learn more about our expanded services as a Wellness Collective.

Saturday March 27th 8:30a Grounding Workshop; Saturday March 27th 10a Community class;

3/27 FREE class samples 11:30a-12p katonah-inspired yoga, 12:15-12:45 Yin + Vinyasa fusion yoga, 1-130p slow burn + yoga basics, 145p-215p Intro to Chair yoga, 230-3 intro to sculpt yoga.
