Crystal Shapes Connection is a group sound healing and meditation. Meditation practitioner Steve Powers combines the healing properties of Clear Quartz Crystal with the geometric shapes to provide a unique meditation and sound healing experience.
The session opens with Tibetan singing bowls in order to calm and ground you. Gradually introducing the sounds of the crystal shapes, each person is given an individual sound based on Steve's intuition of what each person needs. The session lasts about 30 minutes.
