This year's keynote speaker will be from the command of the Ohio National Guard. We'll also have our annual history of the flag presented by the Elks and displayed by the Cub Scouts. Finally, we'll have a presentation to businesses and organizations that properly display their flags. Free admission and refreshments. Don't miss this great, patriotic event.
