There's a lot more to coffee than drinking it! Behind each bean is a culture, a science, and an art. In this introductory learning experience, a small group of people will be taught the basics of coffee. Participants will:
-Learn the history and geography of coffee
-Receive an overview of coffee processing from seedling to cup
-Understand basics of preparation, storage, and brewing
-Begin to discover flavor profiles
-Experience a "cupping" of several varieties of coffee accompanied by a Vines Bakery pastry
