Northeast Ohio’s premier jazz voice for 33 years, led by Paul Ferguson, promotes jazz in its historical and contemporary forms through concerts with gifted jazz musicians, arrangers, composers and educators in northeast Ohio. CJO aims for worldwide recognition in cooperation with gifted guest artists and looks to guide young musicians toward the future of jazz. Ashland University’s Dr. Scott Garlock is a member of CJO.
