Have you picked up an interesting object at a flea market, or would you like to know a bit about the history of an item you inherited? Bring in your treasures at our Antique ID event and have one of our experts assist you with the identification of your general antiques and collectibles. This event will be held in the Manor House. Please limit your items to three.
While you are here, plan to visit our other buildings. All of the museum's buildings will be open during the event with volunteers on hand to answer any questions you may have. The Carriage House is filled with Ashland memorabilia, the Thornburg insect collection, and a display of primitive tools and log cabin replica from the very earliest settlers of the county. Inside the Noonan House is the Streetscape, a portrait of Ashland's rich heritage of stores, businesses and schools. On the lower level is a military history display of artifacts and weapons from the Civil War to the Gulf Wars.
This event is free and open to the public; donations are welcome.
